I agree; love their approach.
But I still sent them (HBO) a polite, nonthreatening email :)
UGH! The whole thing just makes me sick. I'm so upset I wish I could just smack them all.
I can say DITTO to the other's responses - I sent HBO a brief polite email firmly expressing my disapproval.... and I'd like to smack them all. (very Christlike feelings, I know).
